"3 months ago I talked to Paul trying to get a lower rate. He said it will go down to 107.00 3 months ago. Nothing has changed I've tried emailing Paul and I have not gotten a response back."

"I called Paul Donnelly,s State Farm office because I was looking for ways to save a bit now that my families circumstances have changed. I spoke with Josh and what a pleasant experience. He explained many ways to help us save with our auto and homeowners insurance. He spent plenty of time explaining things so that I understood everything also. "I was paying high rates with my last auto insurance company, I heard State Farm was a good insurance company and I knew they built a new State Farm on Hill rd. Best decision I’ve made! I first called for my fiance he was denied by many other auto companies; Called up, Dani answered and took care of me, was so kind and understanding and found him a great policy deal I ended up calling a few days later and got me a policy about $80 cheaper than my last with same coverage AND renters insurance! 5/5 recommend! Thank you Dani!"

"I’ve been a customer with Paul Donnelly’s agency for years. I have worked personally with Vernessa, whom is very knowledgeable. I made changes to my auto policy back in November. Vernessa was unavailable and I dealt with another agent by the name of Nick. Unfortunately, that was a huge mistake. Nick is very unprofessional and needs to be very careful with his selection of words when speaking with people. Customer service shouldn’t be Nick’s first choice as a career option, if he can’t be more selective on his choice of verbiage and deliberation. The amount of times I had to call/email to seek out solutions without any follow up was absolutely ridiculous! I requested Paul to intervene & rectify the money that was taken from my bank account that I didn’t authorize! It took days before Paul finally contacted me back! Paul was also unprofessional and his over the phone etiquette was equally as bad as Nick. Paul came off speaking to me as if I was a burden of his precious time, huffing and puffing as if he was done with the convo as I was still trying to get my money refunded back into my account. APPROACH IS EVERYTHING!!! I don’t recommend this office whatsoever!!! I am extremely disappointed on how my situation was handled and will be leaving this particular agent. I am firm on quality customer service. Paul, you don’t have a successful business if you treat the customers that keep your business doors open poorly!!! I can’t expect Nick to display excellent customer service if Paul you’re leading by a poor example. DO BETTER!"

Michigan's No Fault Auto Insurance Law (July 2020) has created changes in the handling of renewals and documentation requirements. When these documents are not received prior to policy start date, the policy will default to standard coverage. Neither I nor my team can waive these requirements. I wish you well w/ your new agent. "When a customer asks the proper questions when getting a quote, like- "is there anything else i need to know how this will effect my bill"- you should prolly tell them that you guys can and will automatically add it to our policy, with out the customer saying, "i agree" or "add it". The lack of honesty for newbies with insurance or for people who dont quite understand this stuff is appauling. Just be upfront and honest when asked. Or auto send out letters how it works for the quote we asked. Or something! People dont have time or the money to be dealing with this stuff at the fault of you guys bagging more money. And i know paul is money hungry. He interupted my meeting when i first signed on with their company, to make sure the sales agent asked all the bonus questions to up the sale. And when i said no, he doesnt take it and keeps pushing for it. Even when the policy i was buying had great coverage! I should have listened to my gut and went else where. Shady bussiness!"

As you can imagine, young drivers who have less experience behind the wheel are more expensive to insure. Many customers opt for a less expensive, older model car for these new drivers. My job is to make sure that if you have an accident or claim – that you are properly protected. I am more concerned that you and your family have the right policy at the right time than I am with how much premium you pay. This is what I do for a living – protect my customers from giving up coverage to save a few bucks. It is our job to ask you about life insurance so we don't ever have to tell your loved ones you didn't have any. We're committed to improving our service and ensuring that our customers have a clear understanding of their policies and options. I can meet with you in the office, online or on the phone.
